Wishes&Blessings Collaboration

Two members from our team, Ranbir Grover and Kabir Gupta recently conducted our first workshop since relaunching in collaboration with Wishes&Blessings, an NGO which has shared a great relationship with Saahayak, at Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. There were about 30 children aged 9-13, and since the volunteers specialise in science, they conducted a workshop teaching the students basic concepts of physics and chemistry. The students experimented with magnets and learnt about electric circuits through small demonstrations and explanations. They also learnt how to identify acids and bases using turmeric. At the end, we had some amusement in the form of a music session and a small game of football, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the children. Wishes and Blessings posted several pictures and videos of the workshop on social media, and we look forward to working together with them very soon.
